Bacchus Pizza
Last night my friend Ashley came to visit me! She lives in Catskill, which is quite a hike. She was in the area so we decided to go to dinner. A Pre-Race Lunch Date
The day before our big race, Heather and I hung out in Troy. We grabbed a late lunch at Spill ‘N the Beans Coffeehouse. Heather was a bit nervous for the race, but I told her she had nothing to worry about! And I was right because she finished and did great! A Second Chance
As some of you may remember, back in May I had one of the worst dining experiences ever. Despite having some of the most amazing food, the service at Jose Malones Irish Mexican Restaurant in Troy was terrible and some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Last night I decided to give it a second chance. This past weekend was Troy Night Out, a monthly arts festival held in downtown Troy. Its pretty much Troy’s version of Albany’s First Friday. My sister and I decided to check it out! The square was pretty hoppin’ by 7pm. I also ran into my friend Marcie, the Hellion! We went into a bunch of the shops in downtown Troy to see what they had going on and a lot of places had artwork displayed. Sea creatures made with pipe cleaners? Pretty cool. Giveaway Time!! Girls’ Night Out and a Wet Long Run
Happy Saturday! Last night was girl’s night! Every few months my college girlfriends and I like to get together to meet for dinner & drinks. Last night we met at Brown’s Brewery for some tasty brews and and a delicious meal! I ordered one of my favorites at Brown’s, the Cherry Raspberry Ale, complete with the cherry!
