    Sunday Brunch

Sunday I hosted a brunch at my apartment with some lovely other bloggers: Melissa, Emily & Alicia. My sister also joined, too. It was tons of fun and we had a lot of delicious food! I made mini yogurt cups with filo dough crust that I received in my swag bag at Healthy Living Summit ages ago. I finally got around to making something with them and they came out great and they were SUPER easy to make. Mini Berries & Cream Yogurt Cups Ingredients 1 container of organic low-fat yogurt (I used Wallaby berries & cream) 12 mini filo shells fresh fruit for topping Instructions 1. Mix yogurt so…

    What I Ate Wednesday

I’m hopping on the What I Ate Wednesday bandwagon because I don’t often share my daily eats with you all! This Wednesday will be different! Breakfast This morning I wasn’t sure if I wanted a smoothie or cereal. All summer I’ve been on a cereal kick but since the cold weather will be rolling in soon and the idea of drinking a smoothie will chill me to the bone, I went for it. I usually have a standard smoothie recipe I use every time, but today I was feeling rebellious and changed it up a little bit. And it was sooo worth it! Enter the peanut butter & banana smoothie…
