    Camping in the Wilderness

Okay, so, technically we weren’t in the wilderness, but we were in the Adirondacks! But, before I talk about my camping trip, I need to tell you all about my long run! Saturday morning I had to run eight miles before we left for camping, because lord knows I wouldn’t want to do it Sunday when I got back. I got up at 7:00 Saturday morning, feeling tired. Happy Birthday Liz!

Friday was my cousin Liz’s 26th birthday! Liz and I are very close! We grew up together. She’s my closest cousin in age, since all my other cousin’s are a lot older or younger. Who’s Bad?

Yesterday I had a super busy day! I started it off right though, with a another delicious banana scramble. This time, I kept it on the stove for a little bit longer, and it wasn’t as mushy! I love these things! My new favorite breakfast. Banana scramble with a side of fresh strawberries. Yum.     I kept lunch light yesterday with some Amy’s Lentil Vegetable  Soup. I love Amy’s soups so much! I really like that a bunch of them are light in sodium too.  I also sprinkled some Special K crackers on top.   I packed a dinner yesterday (a PBJ, apple and Clif Z Bar) because I had plans to…
