    Getting Motivated!

Throughout my weight-loss journey, many people have asked me how I get and stay motivated to exercise. It wasn’t so easy for me at first, but now exercising has just become part of my daily routine! I probably work out 5-6 times  a week, even if it’s just going for a short walk to get myself moving. I definitely start to get crabby if I don’t get enough exercise during the week! Think about the results. I know it can be hard to get yourself up and moving, but the reward will be fantastic! Ohh the Humidity

Oh boy, is it humid!! I just ran two miles on the treadmill (in my basement) and still I’m still dripping sweat!! I’m actually looking forward to the fall weather (never thought I’d say that) just for the cool running weather! And plus, I absolutely LOVE fall. Oats, Glorious Oats

Someone recently told me I should write a post all about OATS. As many of you are probably aware, oats are a pretty much a staple food in the Healthy Living Blog community. But for those of you who are new to this, I decided to write a post all about one of my favorite foods…OATS!!! Until I discovered the blog world, to me, all oatmeal was were tiny packets, that came in boxes like this: And then I finally saw the light! There is certainly nothing wrong with pre-packaged instant oatmeal, it is still healthy, but I since discovering real oatmeal, I love it so much more! There are…
