Cycling Gear

LUV Footwear Review and Giveaway

Recovery Drink – Insu-Pro Review
Today I tried a new post-workout recovery drink! My Supplement Store offered to send me some samples of their recovery drinks and protein powders. Today after some weight training and spin class I tried the Empyrean Nutrition Insu-Pro recovery drink in watermelon flavor. I usually just stick to my favorite protein powder but it was nice to try something different! I mixed the drink powder with 8oz of cold water in my blender bottle and it mixed really well (better than protein powder).
