Weekly Workout Schedule – 9.23.13

Last week’s schedule

Monday – 30 min run + pilates actual: 3.2 mi run (no pilates)
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – Tempo run, 5 Mi inc Warm; 3 Mi @ 9:11; Cool complete
Thursday – 3 mi run actual: rest
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Volunteering
Sunday – 11 mile run complete, 11 mi @ 10:02

Sunday’s long run went fantastic. I went up to Lyons Park in Niskayuna to run on the bike path for a change of scenery. My goal was to run under 10:00/min mile, and I averaged at 10:02, not too bad!! I’m happy with that. Less than a month away until my half marathon and I have a few more sessions of speedwork to work on my pace.

Workout schedule for this week

Monday – 30 min recovery run
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – 4 Mi, inc Warm; 5×400 in 7:45 w/400 jogs; Cool
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Ragnar Relay Adirondacks
Saturday – Ragnar Relay Adirondacks {my legs combined total ~14 mi}
Sunday – Rest/Celebration in Lake Placid
