Weekly Workout Schedule 6.18.12
Last week:
Monday – Body Pump actual: rest day
Tuesday – 3 mile run, live fit back/biceps, power yoga actual: 2 mile run, 60 min power yoga
Wednesday – 3 mile run, live fit shoulders/abs actual: 3 mile run
Thursday – 5 mile run OR power yoga actual: 3.55 mile trail run @ thacher park
Friday – Yoga/and or Rest Day actual: live fit shoulders/abs, 60 min yoga
Saturday – Yoga actual: 6.27 mile run, 60 minute yoga
Sunday – 8 mile run actual: live fit back/biceps, 60 min yoga
Total mileage – 15 miles
So, I have a hard time sticking to weight training plans, no shocker there! I’m still trying to get the live fit workouts in a few times a week. I feel a lot better when I do! My main problem is, if I run outside one day, I’m not going to want to head to the gym on top of that, so my best bet is to continue doing the weight workouts before yoga. It’s been working pretty well so far that way!
Also, this week was the first week I took a yoga class more than twice–usually its my max, but this week I managed to squeeze three 60 minute classes in this weekend! I actually really enjoyed three straight days of yoga. It was pretty awesome.
Workout schedule for this week:
Monday – 2 mile run
Tuesday – 60 minute power yoga, live fit chest/triceps
Wednesday – 3 mile run
Thursday – 3 mile run, 60 minute hot yoga fusion
Friday – 60 minute yoga, live fit back/biceps
Saturday – 7-8 mile run
Sunday – 60 minute yoga, live fit shoulders/abs
Total mileage – 15-16 miles
