Weekly Workout Schedule – 11.19.12
I didn’t make up a schedule last week since I really had no plans to workout right after the marathon, but here’s what happened last week.
Monday – 1 mi walk, legs were finally starting to feel back to normal
Tuesday – Got a massage! Also went to Power Yoga
Wednesday – Hot Yoga
Thursday – 5 mi
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 7 mi
Sunday 3 mi, Body Pump
Total Mileage – 15 mi (not bad for the week after a marathon)
My next goal is to try to run the Hangover Half Marathon in 2:04. It’s a flat, familiar course, so we’ll see…I’m not sure I can do it since I’ve gotten a lot slower during marathon training. I’m hoping that speedwork and tempo runs will help me get faster.
