    What I Made With CSA Veggies

    So, this week, with my abundance of greens from my co-worker’s Community Supported Agriculture program (otherwise known as a CSA) that she graciously let me pick up, I’ve eaten my fair share of leafy vegetables and I love it! I wish I had this many free veggies on a weekly basis. I have always wanted to participate in a CSA program, but the cost always prevented me from doing so.     Home Made Maple Peanut Butter

    Lately I have been obsessed with Strawberry Salads. I go through salad phases. Sometimes I despise them and sometimes I love them. Weird. Lately, I’m loving the strawberry, spinach, and feta with raspberry dressing. My packed lunch. One of my new favorite dressings is Newman’s Own Light Raspberry & Walnut. So tasty. So fresh!
