Let Vacation Begin
Today Chris and I arrived in Florida! We’re here to visit my parents who live down here during the winter since they are retired and all! We got in at around 10:15am so we had the whole day to enjoy ourselves.
My parents took us to Port Canaveral to see the cruise ships that were docked in the port. It was an awesome sight! We also had lunch at a place called Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar that overlooks the port!
My lunch was a grilled mahi mahi sandwich, while my parents and Chris each got the seafood buffet.
We ate right on the patio, with the sun shining. It was such a great start to vacation!

Anyway, after lunch on the way to my parent’s, my dad drove us over to Cocoa Beach to check out the ocean for a few minutes…there will definitely be more of this to come soon.
Vacation couldn’t come soon enough!

My inlaws have a condo in Port Canaveral and we were just there in January. If you get there again, try Grills, a few restaurants over from Rusty’s. It’s fantastic!
