FroYo Friday

One of the things I’ve been trying to do is only eat sweets on Fridays. So far, it’s been working pretty well. My friend and co-worker and I found a small coffee shop down the street from our office that sells some low fat vanilla soft serve yogurt with toppings! Its pretty good and hits the spot when you’re craving something sweet!

Its a really good trick to “save” your indulgences for a special occassion. Sharing a sweet treat with my friend really made eating it more special than it would be if I was by myself!
