Easter Brunch at Pump Station

Sunday Chris and I had Easter brunch plans with a few of our friends at the Albany Pump Station! Chris found out about the all you can eat brunch buffet via facebook and jumped on it.  Of course we all know how much I love brunch.

The buffet was $20 and included non-alcoholic drinks. You could order from the bar if you wanted a beer or mimosa (like I did) or the server would bring you a drink.

There was a lot to choose from: I went for the eggplant lasagna, which was delicious. Also, I had some eggs, home fries, fruit and roasted vegetables.

And of course, there was dessert. The chocolate cream pie was awesome.

They also had a dinner buffet starting at 3:00–which was cheaper than brunch. But I’m still glad we did brunch instead of dinner. YUM!
