Weekly Workout Schedule – 9.10.13

Last week’s schedule

Monday – 3.1 miles in 30 minutes (treadmill) / weight lifting: back complete
Tuesday – Rest/Yoga actual: rest
Wednesday – Tempo Run, 5 Mi, inc Warm; 3 Mi @ 9:13; Cool actual: 4.5 mi tempo; 3 mi@ 9:13
Thursday – Easy run actual: 2 mi
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Hiking actual:  hiking, 5 mi RT @ Blueberry Mountain
Sunday – 10 miles complete: 10 mi @ 10:43

I don’t have much to say this week regarding my workouts. I’ve been getting them in despite being busy, getting up at around 5am to do my treadmill tempo run at the gym. Fun times. 😀 This week is a step-back week for half marathon training, which I’m looking forward to. It means I can get up at 6 instead of 5:15 on Wednesday!

Monday – 60 min body pump + 3.1 mi run in 29:54
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – 4 mi easy
Thursday – Easy run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – TBD
Sunday – 5 miles
