Weekly Workout Schedule – 7.30.12
Last Week’s Schedule:
Monday – 3 mile run, Live Fit Arms/Abs Actual: 3.1 mile run
Tuesday – Power Yoga, Live Fit Chest/Abs Actual: Power Yoga, Live Fit Arms/Abs
Wednesday – 5 mile run Complete
Thursday – 3 mile run, Live Fit Shoulders Actual: Mini arms/chest workout at home
Friday – 6 mile run Actual: 4 mile run
Saturday – TBD Actual: ~4 mile hike
Sunday – TBD Actual: 6 mile run
Total Mileage – 18 miles
I only got one live fit workout in this week, which I’m kind of disappointed in. I’m going to repeat week 7, hopefully get more time in the gym this week.
Schedule for this week:
Monday – 3 mi run
Tuesday – Power Yoga, Live Fit Arms/Abs
Wednesday – 6 mi run
Thursday – 3 mi run
Friday – Yoga, Live Fit Chest/Abs
Saturday – 11 mi run
Sunday – TBD
Total Mileage – 23 miles

That sounds like a great plan for the week!! I’m trying to run more, but I need to schedule out longer runs so I don’t have any excuse to skip them!
