Weekly Workout Schedule 6.11.12
So, last week didn’t go as planned. I totally skipped most of my weight training workouts. But, oh well. I’m pretty good at sticking to running plans, but throw weights in the mix and it can go out the window.
Last week:
Monday – Body Pump and/or Live Fit weight training program – chest/triceps actual: body pump class
Tuesday – 3 mile run, power yoga actual: 2 mile run, power yoga
Wednesday – Live Fit program – back/biceps, Willpower & Grace actual: 3 mile run
Thursday – 5 mile run actual: 2.55 mile trail run @ five rivers
Friday – 3 mile run, Live Fit program – shoulders/abs actual: rest day
Saturday – Yoga/Rest actual: live fit chest/triceps, 60 minute yoga class
Sunday – 8 mile run complete!
Total milage: 16 miles
Workout Schedule for this week:
Monday – Body Pump
Tuesday – 3 mile run, live fit back/biceps, power yoga
Wednesday – 3 mile run, live fit shoulders/abs
Thursday – 5 mile run OR power yoga
Friday – Yoga/and or Rest Day
Saturday – Yoga
Sunday – 8 mile run
I’m still trying to get more yoga in during the week, since I’m still doing Courtney’s June yoga challenge.
