Instant Garden

Sunday afternoon after my race at SUNY, I decided I wanted to get outside and work on my mini “garden”.

We have a decent patio at our new place, and it was looking pretty sparse.

I had one hanging plant that my mom gave me when we moved in, but other than that, it was looking pretty bare.

Thankfully, Mom came to the rescue with some fertilized soil and some plants from her garden that she wanted to give me! We worked on it for about two hours, planting and digging. It was my first time REALLY gardening!

I have the best mom. She loves to garden!

This is what it looks like now!

Not too shabby! Its small, but cute! I’m so glad we have a place to put some plants. It makes it look 10x better! Thanks, Mom! 🙂
