I’m starting Courtney’s Yoga Challenge this month! You all know how much I love my yoga, but I often don’t do as much as I would like. Its hard to incorporate ALL the workouts I want to do without getting burnt out. Anyway, even before I read Courtney’s post, I had been planning on doing yoga 3x a week in addition to my running. My new gym has a great power yoga class that I love, and its offered at convenient times for me, so I see no excuse to join in on the yoga fun!
