Weekly Workout Schedule – 2.4.12

Last week’s schedule

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 3 mi actual: 60 min power yoga/3 mi run
Wednesday – 5 mi actual: 4.5 mi
Thursday – 2 mi + Strength actual: rest
Friday – Rest  actual: 3.5 mi
Saturday – Yoga + Strength actual: rest
Sunday – WS #5 – 10 mi complete

Total mileage – 20 mi 21 mi

Last week I talked about my lack of motivation with running. Hopefully this week it will come back! I’ve been getting my miles in, even though I don’t feel too excited. But I’m hoping it changes soon! Its a step-back week in marathon training, and I’m glad I only have to run 6 miles as my long run this weekend. 🙂

Workout schedule for this week

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 3 mi run
Wednesday – 5 mi run
Thursday – 3 mi run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Yoga
Sunday – 6 mi

Total mileage – 17 mi
