Weekly Workout Schedule – 10.15.12

Wow, yesterday I totally forgot about my workout schedule. Well, anyway, here it is!

Last Week’s Schedule

Monday – 5 mi + yoga  actual: 5 mi
Tuesday – 5 mi actual: 4.75 tempo run on treadmill
Wednesday – 8 mi complete
Thursday – Yoga actual: rest
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 12 mi actual: 14 mi @ 10:04
Sunday – Rest/XT actual: rest

Total Mileage – 30 mi 31.75 mi

Workout Schedule for this week:

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 5 mi
Wednesday – 5 mi
Thursday – 5 mi
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Rest (I’ll be in NJ watching Chris & our friend Brian do the Tri-State Tough Mudder !)
Sunday – 20 mi!!

Total Mileage – 35 miles (my highest weekly miles of marathon training & ever !)
