    A Quick Update

    I have to be quick with my blog update this morning! I’ve decided to try to work on my time management skills, because lately I’ve been lacking in that department. On the days when I have class or have plans with a friend after work, I sometimes don’t get home until 9 or 10 PM, leaving me little time to get things done (dishes, laundry, blogging, etc.) So, I’ve decided recently to get up a half hour earlier each day to leave me more time in the morning to take my time and enjoy breakfast, check e-mail, and so on.     There’s Nothing Better Than Free Yoga

    There’s nothing better than yoga bright and early in the morning on Saturday. 🙂 Especially when it’s a FREE class! The Breathing Room is having a special for October–-free yoga on Saturday mornings at 9AM – 10AM. And it was wonderful. The studio is small but cute and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I loved it. It was basic yoga, so beginners were more than welcome. The stretching felt really nice and it was so calming. This is one of the reasons why I love taking actual yoga classes.
