Day of Eats
So, tonight I was originally going to write a “my day of eats”, but I actually forgot to photograph dinner (I was hungry and not feeling too hot after work.) But here’s what I had this morning!
Breakfast
Oats!
- 1/3 cup of oats
- 2 TBSP oat bran hot cereal
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp home made pumpkin butter
- 1 TBSP of almond butter
Morning Snack
Tazo green tea (no sweetner), and a chobani!
Lunch
Home made vegetable soup, an apple, and a nature valley granola bar
Afternoon snack
Quaker oats oatmeal packet: Hearty Medley. I forgot I ate oats for breakfast! Oops! Oats twice in one day, oh well.
And then I forgot to take photos for dinner, but trust me, it wasn’t that exciting!
Dinner
Steamed veggies & leftover grilled tofu
Recycled photo of my lunch the other day, which was basically the same thing!
Along with my veggies and tofu after did I snacked on
- Handful of almonds
- Handful of Trader Joe’s powerberries
- Dried dates
- Small slice of my mom’s cinnamon bread
So those were my eats today, and they are pretty much the same on a daily basis.
Now I’m deciding if I want to do Yoga Meltdown Level 2 tonight or stick with Level 1. Level 2 is way harder than Level 1, but I think I can handle it again! 😉

I love the look of that grilled tofu and veggies. Looks so filling!
