Pizza Night at Defazio’s

Tonight I had some really amazing pizza.

Doesn’t it look incredible?? It was goat cheese pizza from Defazio’s in Troy!

I went to dinner with a few blends tonight, after Courtney’s recommendation of Defazio’s. I had been dying to try their pizza. They also actually had organic whole wheat crust…major bonus points for that one! It was so good. And honestly, I can’t even tell the difference with whole wheat crust anymore, I think because I eat whole wheat breads all the time. It just tastes better to me anyway!

Courtney, Katie, Emily and I also ordered an eggplant florentine pizza.

Both pizzas were amazing! The crust was perfect: crispy but not too hard, and the toppings were flavorful and fresh.

I think the goat cheese was my favorite…I had 1.5 pieces of both! Yummm.

And I also had a blast with these ladies.

Courtney also gave us cute little christmas cookies to take home for dessert!

I tried one when I got home, they were tasty. Courtney is a cookie baking queen! 😉

Anyway, I would highly suggest Defazio’s the next time you want pizza in the capital district! You won’t be disappointed!
