Crazy Workout Schedule

When someone tells me they are too busy to exercise I don’t believe them. Mostly because anyone can fit a little bit of exercise in a few times a week. Its not that hard.

I think the person they are talking about in this photo is me. Bahaha. Actually, despite how busy I am right now, I’m still finding time to get my workouts in.

Here is how this week is going down, starting with this past Sunday.

Sunday – 1 hr 15 min hot yoga power flow
Monday – Rest Day
Tuesday – Early AM 3.0 mile treadmill run
Wednesday – Rest Day
Thursday – 4.0 mile lunchtime run
Friday – 4.0 mile lunchtime run
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – 11 mile long run

Total miles – 22 miles

Obviously, I’m HOPING to get a run in Friday, and I actually haven’t decided if I want to get up early and get it over with or do it during the day. PM workouts are non existent for me these days so it has to be one or the other! And I don’t really mind it that much.

See, there ARE ways to get in your workouts if you are super busy.
