Weekly Workout Schedule – 9.30.13

Last week’s workout schedule

Monday – 30 min recovery run actual: rest
Tuesday – Rest actual: 2.6 mi run
Wednesday – 4 Mi, inc Warm; 5×400 in 7:45 w/400 jogs; Cool complete
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Ragnar Relay Adirondacks Complete! Leg 1 – 4 mi, Leg 2 – 6 mi
Saturday – Ragnar Relay Adirondacks Complete! Leg 3 – 3.3 mi {my legs combined total ~14 mi}
Sunday – Rest/Celebration in Lake Placid

Well, Ragnar Adirondacks is over! I have to say, I kind of have some post-Ragnar depression going on! We had been planning Ragnar since February of this year, and now it’s over….but, we had a blast and I’m so proud of my awesome team!

Now I just have two weeks until my goal half marathon!

Monday – 30 min run
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – 5 Mi Tempo, inc Warm; 3 Mi @ 9:07
Thursday – Easy run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 12 mi
Sunday – Hiking (?)
