Weekly Workout Schedule – 9.24.12

Last week’s schedule

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 4 mi, yoga actual: 4 mi run
Wednesday – 8 mi actual: 4 mi run @ lunch, 4 mi run PM, total – 8 mi
Thursday – 4 mi actual: 2 mi run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 18 mi 17.8 mi
Sunday – Rest/XT 12.5 mi bike to & from harvest fest

Total Running Mileage – 31.8 mi

This week is a step-back week in marathon training, meaning I’m running lower mileage than normal. My plan called for a 12 mile run on Saturday, but I’m running the Adirondack Ragnar Relay with Team B.A.D. (BEER & DONUTS). Ragnar is a 12 person relay race from Saratoga Springs to Lake Placid! I’ll be running three times–Friday morning, Friday night and Saturday morning–the legs totaling out to 16 miles. Chances are I’ll be tweeting throughout the race with the #RagnarADK hashtag, so make sure to follow me!

Wednesday – 5 mi
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Ragnar Relay ADK
Saturday – Ragnar Relay ADK
Sunday – Rest

Total Mileage – 26 miles
