Weekly Workout Schedule – 7.9.12

Last Week’s Schedule

Monday – 4 mile run Actual: 2 mile run
Tuesday – Power yoga, Live Fit Back/Cardio Actual: Live Fit Back/Cardio, 3 mile walk
Wednesday – Firecracker 4 Mile Race Actual: Firecracker 4 Miler in 37:44
Thursday – 5 Mile Run Actual: 6.0 mile run, Live Fit Chest/Abs
Friday – Yoga, Live Fit Chest/Abs Actual: Rest Day
Saturday – 8 mile run Actual: Yoga,Live Fit Arms/Abs
Sunday – Yoga,Live Fit Arms/Abs Actual: 6 mile run

Total Mileage – 18 miles

So, my gym closed early on Tuesday for the holiday, so I managed to get there on my lunch break for a quick Live Fit workout! However, yoga was canceled, so I didn’t get that in. I managed to go to one yoga class this week, on Saturday, which was nice! And of course, Wednesday was the Firecracker 4 where I set a PR!

Now, this week I start marathon training…the schedule won’t look much different until I start to get into higher mileage. I’m going to continue with yoga, and I hope to continue with the weight training!

Monday – 3 mile run
Tuesday – Yoga, Live Fit Shoulders
Wednesday – 5 mile run
Thursday – 3 mile run
Friday – Yoga, Live Fit Back
Saturday – 8 mile run
Sunday – Yoga, Live Fit Chest/Abs

Total Mileage – 19 miles
