Weekly Workout Schedule 6.25.12
Last Week’s Schedule:
Monday – 2 mile run actual: 3 mile run
Tuesday – 60 minute power yoga, live fit chest/triceps complete!
Wednesday – 3 mile run complete!
Thursday – 3 mile run, 60 minute hot yoga fusion actual: 5.65 mile run, 60 minute hot power fusion
Friday – 60 minute yoga, live fit back/biceps complete!
Saturday – 7-8 mile run complete! actual: 7 mile run
Sunday – 60 minute yoga, live fit shoulders/abs actual: 40 minutes yoga
Total mileage – 15-16 miles 19 miles
This week I was okay with getting my strength workouts in–I missed only one. I actually really like the Live Fit workouts. I’m NOT following the plan exactly. I’m just adding in the upper body workouts to my regime. So far this is my fourth week! I missed Sunday because I did yoga at home and didn’t feel like going all the way to the gym just to lift weights.
I’ve also been really good about my yoga workouts, too. Power yoga has been great. Its tough, but I think I’m getting better at it!

Tuesday – 5 mile run, power yoga
Wednesday – 3 mile run, live fit chest/triceps
Thursday – 4 mile run
Friday – Yoga, live fit back/biceps
Saturday – 8 mile run, yoga
Sunday – Yoga, live fit shoulders/abs
Total mileage – 20 miles

How do you stay MOTIVATED?

i truly love running and yoga, so it makes it a lot easier when you actually want to do these things. weights, on the other hand, are more difficult to stay motivated for and i’m more likely to blow them off.
