Weekly Workout Schedule – 4.8.13

Last week’s schedule

Monday – Hot Yoga actual: 45 min strength
Tuesday – 3 mi actual: 3 mi run + bikram-style yoga
Wednesday – 6 mi actual: 1.2 mi run + 30 min bike
Thursday – Spin actual: 5.3 mi run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 16 mi actual: 15.78 mi run
Sunday – Strength actual: yoga + 2 mi walk

I’d say last week was a pretty good week for training. Thursday night was gorgeous, so a co-worker and I decided to meet for a run after work down at the Corning Preserve Bike Path.

We did about 5.3 miles total, which was nice! I can’t wait for more days like that!

Saturday I had to get in a long run. I was aiming for 16 miles. I ran the first 9 and was pretty wiped out after that, but I was determined to run more, so after a pit stop for some water and fuel and headed back out for the remaining 7.

The last few miles were pretty tough, I will admit.

Total miles – 15.78 (good enough in my opinion)
Time – 2:45:53
Average pace – 10:30
