Weekly Workout Schedule – 4.22.13

Last Week’s Schedule

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 3 mi + Hot Yoga complete
Wednesday – 6 mi actual: 7 mi @ the crossings
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 18 miles complete
Sunday – Strength actual: body pump, yoga + 9 mi bike ride

Total Running Miles – 28

Saturday’s long run was the first one in weeks that my foot didn’t bother me! Being hungry, however, was another story.

Usually Sunday is a rest day because my foot is usually sore the day after a long run, but yesterday it felt a lot better than normal, so I went to body pump in the morning, and stuck around for a yoga class afterward, for some nice stretching!

Yesterday afternoon I also took out my new bike for a ride around the neighborhood with my sister and a few friends.

Wow, this is what I’ve been missing? The bike was SO much faster than my older one, I couldn’t believe it. I’m really looking forward to more rides on this bike! I’ll finally be able to keep up with Chris!
