Three Things Thursday

1. Dinner at Creo.

Last night I went to dinner with some fellow bloggers, Lauren, Amy, Courtney, and Alicia! We chose Creo in Stuyvesant Plaza! I’m a big fan of this place, the food is incredible.

The manager brought out a tasty eggplant dip for us to share (score!) and it was really good!

For my meal I had such a hard time choosing, but I went with the vegan pad thai because it wasn’t something I would normally order. (I de-veganized it with cheese). It was amazing! The flavors were wonderful (citrusy!) and the tofu was cooked perfect.

I ordered the small portion (room for dessert!) and Alicia and I both ordered the dessert special, which was a passion fruit sorbet covered in a white chocolate shell and chocolate ganache. HEAVEN on a dish.

2. A New Found Love

Love Grown Foods recently sent me some of the granola to try out.

So far I’ve tried the Raisin Almond Crunch.

The granola is made of gluten free toasted oats, honey, agave, raisins and almonds. It is also free of refined sugar, trans-fats, artificial flavors, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, preservatives and genetically modified ingredients. Score!

I topped my cereal with some this morning! It added such a nice crunch to the cereal, and I loved the Cinnamony flavor of the granola. It’s going to be hard to not eat the whole bag of this stuff, I can’t wait to try the other flavors. LOVE.

3. Healthy Living Summit!

Two weeks from today I will be leaving for Philadelphia to attend the Healthy Living Summit, my first blogging conference, and I’m really excited! 🙂 Anyone else going?
