1. Dinner at Creo. Last night I went to dinner with some fellow bloggers, Lauren, Amy, Courtney, and Alicia! We chose Creo in Stuyvesant Plaza! I’m a big fan of this place, the food is incredible. The manager brought out a tasty eggplant dip for us to share (score!) and it was really good! For my meal I had such a hard time choosing, but I went with the vegan pad thai because it wasn’t something I would normally order. (I de-veganized it with cheese). It was amazing!
