After running 8 miles on Sunday, all day Monday I was starving. Literally. And I didn’t pack that much for lunch and I was hungry all day. I need to re-think my eating habits after long runs like that, because I’m so used to cutting back calories, I don’t think about the calories I need to eat in order to run long distances.
