Heat Wave
Is everyone enjoying our lovely heatwave we’ve got going on here? It’s been in the 90s all week! This is definitely not something we’re used to here in Upstate, New York. 😀 Wednesday I braved the heat and rode my bike into work, the ride home was HOT, but not unbearable. I also stopped at the bike shop to get my new bike computer installed so I didn’t have to deal with it. Pretty sweet. A Beautiful Trail Run
Last Thursday my friend Laura and I decided to run with the Albany Running Exchange in their Trail Run Series. Last week it was at Peebles Island State Park, a new to me park in the Capital District. The run was a 2.5 mile loop around the island, and it was gorgeous. I managed to snap a few pictures while on the run, and may have even stopped a few times.
