    Camping in the Wilderness

    Okay, so, technically we weren’t in the wilderness, but we were in the Adirondacks! But, before I talk about my camping trip, I need to tell you all about my long run! Saturday morning I had to run eight miles before we left for camping, because lord knows I wouldn’t want to do it Sunday when I got back. I got up at 7:00 Saturday morning, feeling tired. My legs were stiff from running 2 days previously with no rest day. But, I forged on. Eight miles were on my plan, but I was feeling so tired during my run I thought I’d do seven and call it day. But…
