I made it 2.35 miles in this afternoon heat and then called it quits during my lunch break run today. Oh well, at least I got out there and ran. It’s something, right? Some days it is just too hot to run… Anyway, Chris loved his birthday cheesecake! We actually didn’t end up eating it until around midnight last night, after we got back to Albany. We went on a road trip to Cortland, NY to see one  of his close friends play a CD release show in the band Honor Bright.
