    Detox Update

    You may be wondering the status of my detox this week! I started the detox on Monday. Tuesday I ate pretty much the exact same thing. I’m happy to say its been going pretty well…I only strayed once yesterday. For breakfast I had a protein smoothie, which was made with frozen bananas,  almond milk & brown rice protein powder. Lunch was another version of the veggie pupusas, but without the salsa and spinach and I turned them into tacos for easy portability, along with lots of fruit and nuts for snacks. Dinner was where I strayed. I was pretty hungry when I got home and I flipped through the cookbook…
