New Haircut

Still no MRI results. And I’ve been reading the Runner’s World injury forums, which is NOT a good thing, its making me think the worst! Anyway–breakfast was great this morning….

Steel Cut Oats!!

In the mix…

  • Chopped dates
  • Sunflower seed butter
  • Pecans
  • 1/2 mashed banana

Delightful!

Last night I made more Chana Masala, so I could have some to bring to lunch this week. It was that good, that I made it again, right away.

Along with that I had a Clif Crunch Bar, which was sent to me as free sample.

The crunch bar was good, but it tasted just like the Nature Valley oats and honey granola bar…but a tad bit sweeter? I really liked that it has 4.5 grams of protein though! It comes in lots of other flavors, I bet the chocolate chip one would be really good!

After work I headed straight to my hair appointment since I was in serious need of haircut…

Dinner was a stuffed pepper my mom made. I don’t think I’ve ever had a real stuffed pepper before, it was good! It was filled with rice and parmesan cheese.
