    Chips that Pop

Thanks to those of you who responded the the questions on my last post, it was very helpful! I have to learn not to beat myself up over the bad decisions I make. I just have to realize that I’m human and I’m not perfect and I can’t live my life feeling guilty over food all the time! It is not healthy. Anyway, lunch today was just a Morning Star Farms chick’n patty on a whole wheat sandwich thin, along with some Popchips! The lovely people at Popchips sent me some samples to try out. I tried the sour cream and onion flavor. They come in a convient 100 calorie…
