Sunday Brunch

Sunday I hosted a brunch at my apartment with some lovely other bloggers: Melissa, Emily & Alicia. My sister also joined, too. It was tons of fun and we had a lot of delicious food!

Detox Wrap-Up and a Cookbook Giveaway!

Detox Day 5

Time for another Detox Update and some exciting news.

Today is Day 6 and its going well. I had another protein shake for breakfast this morning.

Lets talk about yesterday, Day 5.

Breakfast

Green Smoothie which was made with frozen spinach, almond milk, brown rice protein powder, and frozen bananas.

My morning snack was grapes and almonds.

Detox Update

You may be wondering the status of my detox this week!

I started the detox on Monday.

Tuesday I ate pretty much the exact same thing.

I’m happy to say its been going pretty well…I only strayed once yesterday.

For breakfast I had a protein smoothie, which was made with frozen bananas,  almond milk & brown rice protein powder.
