Tuesday – Power Yoga, Life Fit Arms/Abs complete
Wednesday – 7 mi run complete
Thursday – 4 mi run rest
Friday – Rest rest
Saturday – Maple Leaf Half Marathon complete
Sunday – Rest/XT 10 mile bike ride
Total Running Mileage – 28 miles 24 miles
Saturday I ran the Maple Leaf Half Marathon as part of my marathon training! It went okay, but I was really tired by the end, and it had me questioning my ability to actually run 17 miles this weekend.

Tuesday – 4 mi run, power yoga
Wednesday – 7 mi run
Thursday – 4 mi run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 17 miles
Sunday – Rest/XT
It is officially dark in the morning now when I do my mid-week runs. I’m trying to decide if I want to keep running the the dark or start running after work again…I haven’t decided yet. I love fall, but I don’t love the darkness!
