Monday – Tawasentha Cross Country 5K complete!
Tuesday – Strength training actual: 2.3 mi walk
Wednesday – Speed workout actual: 5 miles of speedwork
Thursday – Easy run actual: 3 mile trail run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Hoosic 50 Bike Ride complete!
Sunday – 5 mile run actual: 60 min body pump
Last week was another good week for workouts. I was worried about Saturday’s bike ride but all went smoothly! I was planning on running five miles yesterday but after going to Body Pump I decided to take the evening off and spend the day at the pool relaxing. I think it was a good decision because I had a feeling my legs weren’t going to like running very much after biking 54 miles and then taking body pump. And I also wanted to save them for another XC 5K tonight.

Wednesday – Track workout – 4 Mi, inc Warm; 2×1600 in 8:43 w/800 jogs; Cool
Thursday – Easy Run
Friday – Rest
Saturday – TBD
Sunday – 9 miles
Classes start this week so finding time to squeeze in my workouts is going to be interesting.
