Weekly Workout Schedule – 2.18.13

This one is one day late but here it is anyway.

Last week’s schedule

Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 3 mi 3 mi + bikram-style hot yoga
Wednesday – 5 mi MGP 6.5 mi @ 9:57 average pace
Thursday – 3 mi Rest
Friday – Rest 3 mi
Saturday – Yoga 30 min cycling
Sunday – 11 mi – HMRRC Winter Marathon Relay – Leg 1 Complete

Total Mileage – 23.6 miles

I had Monday off from work due to Presidents’ Day (Thanks presidents!) so I took advantage of it and took a Body Pump class at my gym! I missed this class so much.

I also did a two-mile recovery run on the treadmill so I could take today off from running. Because let’s face it–I’d rather run on the day I have off then force myself to on a workday. Plus I have plans for some hot yoga tonight!

Workout schedule for this week

Monday – Body Pump + 2 mi complete
Tuesday – bikram-style hot yoga
Wednesday – 6 mi
Thursday – 4 mi
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 12 mi
Sunday – Strength or Spin

Total Mileage – 24

Long runs in the winter are a toss up. I usually end up picking the day with the best weather.
