Weekly Workout Schedule – 11.5.12 (Marathon Week!)
Last week’s schedule
Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 4 mi complete
Wednesday – 3 mi actual: 5 mi
Thursday – 4 mi actual: 3.9 mi
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 8 mi – Last long run before the marathon! actual: 7.5 mi
Sunday – Rest/XT – I’m going to try REALLY hard to get to a yoga class at some point Yoga Class (finally!)
Total Mileage – 20 mi
I went to yoga Sunday morning and it was glorious! My legs needed some serious stretching and yoga was perfect. Now my upper body is sore. 😉
Workout schedule for this week
Monday – 4 mi
Tuesday – 2 mi
Wednesday – Yoga
Thursday – Rest/Traveling
Friday – 2 mi
Saturday – MARATHON!
Sunday – Rest/Traveling (obviously!)
Total Mileage – 34.2 mi
Well, it all boils down to this. Training is done. Tapering is almost done. The last thing to do is TRUST MY TRAINING and give the marathon everything I’ve got. 26.2 or bust!

Good luck! I’ll be running the half in Richmond–if you get time check out Carytown, it’s a really cool part of Richmond that has lots of good eats and shopping 🙂 Coppola’s Deli is the best!
