Tuesday – 5 mi (depending on ankle) 4 mi
Wednesday – 5 mi 5 mi + 1 hr hot yoga
Thursday – 5 mi complete
Friday – Rest Saturday – 19 mi complete!
Sunday – Rest/XT rest/volunteer @ MHR marathon
Total Mileage – 33 mi
Another successful week of training down! Officially I’m less than five weeks away from the marathon! Next week I’m only running 12 miles (you know you’re training for a marathon when you say “only” 12 miles…) as my long run..then the following weekend is the big 2-0 miler.
