Monday – Rest
Tuesday – 5 mi complete
Wednesday – 5 mi complete
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Ragnar Relay ADK Ran Leg 1 & 2 – 9 mi total
Saturday – Ragnar Relay ADK Injured – No Ragnar Legs
Sunday – Rest

Total Mileage – 26 miles 19 miles

As I said in my Ragnar Relay Recap, I fell and twisted an ankle during my second leg of 5.7 miles.  I finished my leg, though. I’ve been resting in for the past few days. I also have a huge road rash on my right knee.  I’m going to give it a shot this week and see how it feels. Remember when I fell during the Squirrelly Six back in 2010? Its kind of the same situation. I ran the Stockade-athon a week later and was fine!

Sunday – Rest/XT

Total Mileage – 34 mi
