Side note 1: The butter beer tasted amazing! I originally had the thought that butter beer would taste like warm, liquid butterscotch, not cold and carbonated. But after tasting this, it actually makes more sense. This butter beer tasted like really sweet, thick cream soda with a creamy, butterscotch froth. YUM.
Side note 2: The ride that takes place in Hogwarts Castle called Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey was the most fun I’ve ever had on a ride at a theme park! I won’t give it away for those of you who haven’t gone there yet. 😉 My favorite thing inside the castle were the talking portraits. They looked REAL and extremely true to the movie!

Haha one of my friends tried making butterbeer for a christmas party and it turned out horribly. haha it was a good attempt, but a pretty epic fail!

Jen – I wish I had gotten to talk to you more at the NWBB dinner on Friday because I just got back from Harry Potter world as well! So much fun! I completely agree with you about the Forbidden Journey ride – it was so fun (even though it broke down while i was on it). And the talking pictures were amazing!!!

cool pictures. Did you have a chance to go on Dueling Dragons roller coaster. By the way did you know that if you sit on the last row of red dragon you can experience zero degree gravity.
