    My Favorite Yoga Poses for Runners

    I started practicing yoga regularly almost one year ago. Before then I would occasionally do 20 minutes of yoga here and there, but in June of last year I went to an outdoor yoga class held by the Breathing Room yoga studio and since then I’ve been a firm believer in the good yoga does for our body and mind.     Embrace the Treadmill

    Today was one of those days. It was blustery, cold and dreary this morning and I couldn’t bear with one more long run wearing my winter running gear. I just couldn’t do it. Thats where the treadmill comes in… (source) Chris and I went to the gym this morning to get our run in. Since there are only four weeks away until the Pittsburgh Half Marathon, we needed to run!
