    Give Me Some Peaches

    This week I went to not only one, but two blogger meet-ups! Last night I met Katie, Courntey, Emily and Rebecca for dinner at Peaches Cafe in Stuyvesant Plaza. I really enjoy Peaches Cafe so I was really excited to get dinner with the girls last night. It was sort of a goodbye dinner since Rebecca is moving next weekend! 🙁 Peaches had lots of delicious looking breakfast items (served all day!) and grilled sandwiches. I wanted breakfast so bad–but decided to get some veggies into my diet for the day. 😉 I went with the grilled vegetable sandwich.     There’s Nothing Better Than Free Yoga

    There’s nothing better than yoga bright and early in the morning on Saturday. 🙂 Especially when it’s a FREE class! The Breathing Room is having a special for October–-free yoga on Saturday mornings at 9AM – 10AM. And it was wonderful. The studio is small but cute and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I loved it. It was basic yoga, so beginners were more than welcome. The stretching felt really nice and it was so calming. This is one of the reasons why I love taking actual yoga classes. And it was just what I need the day before my last long run (11 miles) before my half marathon. I…
