Getting Motivated!
Throughout my weight-loss journey, many people have asked me how I get and stay motivated to exercise. It wasn’t so easy for me at first, but now exercising has just become part of my daily routine! I probably work out 5-6 times a week, even if it’s just going for a short walk to get myself moving. I definitely start to get crabby if I don’t get enough exercise during the week! Sunday Adventures in Woodstock – Take 2
Ok, so, since I lost every post I’ve made, I feel like I should at least try to make up some.
