Loving: My new Kindle! I got one for Christmas and I LOVE IT!

Listening: Of Monsters & Men’s My Head is an Animal, FUN’s Some Nights, Deadmau5’s Album Title Goes Here, and Lindsey Stirling.

Reading: I just finished Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. HATED the ending and pretty much hated the characters, but it kept my interest enough to finish in a few days. Just started reading One Breath Away by Heather Gudenkauf, and I like it so far. Find me on Good Reads!


Watching: Chris and I are watching Season 2 of Game of Thrones (love it–its a re-watch for me and he’s seeing it for the first time), I just watched the entire first season of HBO’s Girls in two days (they are 30 minute episodes AND there are only 10 episodes, SO GOOD) and watched the third season of Downton Abbey (AHHHH, OBSESSED). Also watching: New Girl, Big Bang Theory and we’re going to start watching Homeland soon!



Thinking about: Marathon training. Was it a good idea to sign up for a spring marathon with only a few months break in between training or is it asking for injury?



Stressing about: Starting school full time in the fall, along with working 30 hrs a week. Can I do it? How hard will classes be? Will I be broke? How much more do I have to take out in loans? Am I going to have time for exercise and running races? All a big question mark.



Looking forward to: The springtime and warmer weather. I was spoiled in Florida with 80 degree weather, and it made coming back here almost unbearable. The high for this week: 14 degrees.

Making me happy: The fact that my Winter Series races are going well. For some reason I keep dreading them and end up having great runs. The courses are familiar and mostly flat–they are such a great way to stay in running shape during the winter! And they’re free for HMRRC members, which is a bonus. The 10 miler is in two weeks and I’m excited about that.
